1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Zielinski Auto Detailing website, booking our services, or providing your phone number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and booking an appointment with Zielinski Auto Detailing, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us. These messages may include:

• Booking confirmation and receipt notifications
• Appointment reminders (24 hours and 1 hour prior to your appointment)
• Service status updates (e.g., in progress, completed)
• Follow-up messages related to your service

Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START.

Help: For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at joe@z3ad.com.

Message Frequency: Typically 2–4 messages per appointment booking.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers: Zielinski Auto Detailing is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.

3. Booking and Appointments

All bookings are subject to availability. By completing a booking and payment, you agree to the selected service package and pricing. Deposits are non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled by Zielinski Auto Detailing. Full payments are due at the time of booking unless a deposit option is selected.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Please contact us via email to request changes to your appointment.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Zielinski Auto Detailing does not store your credit card information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Zielinski Auto Detailing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
